The B.O.A 1/2 Pipe at Coronet Peak:

Day 2 of the Pulsate Southern Lakes Regional Champs and one of the biggest fields for a pipe event in N.Z hit Coronets perfect pipe. What a day with the conditions perfect and the riders displaying some of the best form we have ever seen. Organisers were forced to turn away entrants after the pack reached 100 riders.

After a long morning of eliminations the final 16 got to show their stuff with Dylan Butt soaring 8-10 feet out of the pipe and pulling super clean Mctwists...this of course took him to 1st place. Right on his tail was Aaron Jamieson riding clean with super style.. A high point of the day had to be witnessing the new level the girls have reached with Suzy Parker giving one of her best performances ever to claim second place.

Men:
1/ Dylan Butt
2/ Aaron Jamieson
3/Keiichhiro Tomoda

Women:
1/ Yuuko Shiomura
2/ Suzy Parker
3/ Julianne Bray
