Boarder Zone dispatches all orders within two working days of receiving an order. All of our deliveries are dispatched through New Zealand Post using their international air service for international deliveries and NZ Post fastpost for all New Zealand orders.
Shipping charges are added to your order during the checkout process according to your delivery address details.
For the majority of international destinations expect a wait of one week for your order to be delivered with a maximum of 10 days. This may vary from time to time for more obscure destinations.
For all domestic orders expect a wait of three days for your order to arrive.
For any special delivery requests such as a "gift card" or a multiple destination delivery please place your instructions in the "special instructions" box on the "delivery page" of the checking out process.

Return of Goods Policy:
Goods can be returned for a full refund (including delivery
charge) if they are faulty or if the wrong item has been
dispatched within 14 days after receipt of goods.
If the goods have been dispatched as ordered but are unwanted,
then they can be returned for a full refund within 7 days
after the receipt of the goods.
Items must be unused, still have their original packaging
and labelling, and be accompanied by the original delivery
note. Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory
rights as a consumer. The card used for the purchase will
be credited with the original purchase amount.
