Information Booth

A Burton NZ Open information booth will be located directly outside the main Snow Park Base Lodge.

Event Viewing

All events are free to the public to view. However, for certain events a lift pass may be needed for best viewing.

Parking / Transportation

Because of the large number of spectators that come to the Burton NZ Open, carpooling is highly encouraged. In addition, shuttles run each day from Queenstown and Wanaka to Snow Park's Base Lodge.

If you must park at Snow Park's Base Lodge, arrive early to secure a spot and to avoid traffic congestion.

VENUE INFORMATION

Snow Park NZ, home of the Burton NZ Open Snowboarding Championships, is nestled in the Cardrona Valley, in the heart of Southern Lakes region. Snow Park will host all three disciplines, Slopestyle, Super Pipe and the evening Quarter Pipe invitational.

DIRECTIONS TO VENUES

Snow Park NZ is situated in the heart of the Southern Lakes region just south of Wanaka. Follow Cardrona Valley road signs from the lake front road in Wanaka, Snow Park turn off is on the left just before Cardrona Village, it's hard to miss!

If traveling from Queenstown take the Crown Range road toward Wanaka and again follow the signs. The Snow Park turn off is on the right, just after the Cardrona Village.
