the mens final was taken out by Canadian Crispin, his continual dominance of the hard 90 degree burn at the end of the starting straight giving him the lead from fellow wanaka rider and 2nd placer Will Jackways.

the womens bx final also had a south island flavour, with Jana Gibson holding her lead to take poll position from Haidee Mayen and Christa Woerlee.

the bigger gromms charged thru the Junior mens proving weight and gravity work together, with Phillip Dominick taking the honours from Byron Scarf and Chris Hutchings. Kiriana Kippenberger cemented the Junior Womens title.

passing move of the day went to young Mitchell Brown slying a fellow gromm on the first burn with a pre-ollie on the downturn to retain speed and cruise on past.
