This event consists of 2 man teams from all over the world. The photographers, leaders in world class imagery select their favorite athlete and together take on the challenge of producing mind blowing imagery within set categories in a given location. It is not the Crystal Awards and the prestige its global media value carries that these international teams compete for, but also the desire to break the mould classical images carry. Each year in different locations and different adrenaline sports around the world there will be the Crystal Awards. We are focused on photography with the intent to change the perception of traditional imagery on its head for ever! ...after all are not photographers our eyes to the future? This winter in St. Moritz, Graubünden, the Crystal Awards will take place. It is the opportunity for photographer and pro snowboarder to test one another's artistic values and team compatibility in the quest of winning the Crystal Awards individual category and overall title. The Crystal Awards concentrates solely on a product all can understand and appreciate, namely sports photography and snowboarding.
