Todays Boarder-X at Cardrona started out in a White out, but the day gradually cleared to be perfect conditions, with the snow very soft & spring like. The course itself was definately one of the best yet in N.Z, The riders generally saying it was awesome with plenty of challenges. In a first for N.Z one section of the course saw riders negotiating an underground tunnel! The course ran down under the double chair making for great spectator viewing especially on the HUGE gap jumps.
