Koopman, based in California, has worked for ten years as a freelance illustrator and graphic designer, at one point spending four years in Utah "snowboarding full time and doing freelance on the side just barely enough to live, just barely enough to ride." The paintings in the exhibition will be produced as Morrow snowboards this year.
